Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver the site and protect it against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and the time of access. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not used to identify you. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. More: Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Fonts, images and video
All fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain. No data is sent to Google Fonts, YouTube or similar services when you visit this site.
Contact form and email
When you send us a message, we receive the details you enter (name, company if given, email address and your message) and use them only to answer you and, where applicable, to handle a resulting business relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Form messages are delivered to us by email through our email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor; transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses. You also receive a short confirmation email. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
Retention
We keep messages as long as we need them to answer your request and for any resulting business relationship, and delete them afterwards unless the law requires us to keep them (for example commercial and tax records).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. Simply write to Send an email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Malta, the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
